End User: M Place South Triangle;

M Place South Triangle is a high-rise four-tower residential condominium featuring 23 residential levels with a floor area of 20 to 40 square meters each. M Place South Triangle has a total area of 9,749.70sqm and 3,437 total number of units. Tower A which is Audrey has 827 units. Tower B / Bridgitte Tower has 912 units and Marilyn Tower C has 778 units. Sophia Tower which is the Tower D has 920 units. Despite a garage or lot’s vulnerabilities, facility managers have an arsenal of security tools and design measures they can implement to create a safer parking environment.

Client Requirements

Verification Mode for Door and Parking Access

They want the combination of RFID, high-speed scanners and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) as a protection of the individuals within the areas.

• The system not effectively prevents insider crimes but also protects the personal safety of the unit owners.

• Personal defense, physical defense and technical defense are needs to be organically combined to enhanced technical protection facilities and eliminates various types of human vulnerabilities.

• The system can enhance the security defense of the site and rapidly respond to and process alarms and emergency handling information.

• Card Access Reader-RS485. With a robust all-weather protection and a beautiful modern design.
