Project Description：

Located at 115 Tran Duy Hung, Cau Giay, Hanoi, the building is the headquarter of the Radio Frequency Department, an agency under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The building consists of a new 27-storey building combined with the existing 10-storey building has been modified to create a modern image, suitable for the building as well as the surrounding buildings. Design of the building towards green space, towards the whole house using energy efficiency.

The project is required to inspect and evaluate the design documentation and to evaluate the construction and installation during the construction phase to operate the building in a safe and effective manner, which requires the provision of a control system green space view and high security.

Technical Feature：

• The FBL4000 is a single lane flap barrier turnstile series worked together with FBL4200 which is dual lane flap barrier turnstile to build multiple lanes. They designed for smooth and silent operation and draws very little power and they’re made of stainless steel. FBL4000 and FBL4200 barriers are normally held in a locked position, thus denying access to the secured side. Upon their reader(RFID) positively recognizing a user’s valid access card, its barriers retract upward automatically, thus allowing users passage to the secured side.

• ZKAccess3.5 is ZKTeco's professional access control software, control panel or standalone device. The software helps both control and create reports of attendance records, suitable for small and medium enterprise applications. In addition, the user-friendly design will make the user comfortable and convenient.
