Obeikan Investment Group owns over 14 parks around the industrialized city over 1,000 daily car entries including employees’ cars, or visitor’s cars and trucks. With the Automatic Number plate verification system, LPR camera, ZKBioSecurity smart visitor management module and integrated Outlook meeting module, smart visitor management and visual data content have been truly achieved.

Multi-park Unit Management

Provides strong connection and manages all LPR cameras at the same time, real-time monitoring andrecords are reviewable.

Minimal Appointment Process

After successful meeting reservation on Outlook, the specific visitors will be granted access to the relevant level after simple registration.

Smart Email Reminder

Appointment details will be sent to the visitors, and employees will be notified with email of their visitors’ arrival.

Implementation Solution

Project Details

The project is deployed with a smart entrance control solution that includes 14 channels, each channel has been deployed with 1 or 2 units of LPRS1000 License Plate Recognition Integrated Machine with parking barrier. They are centrally managed by ZKBioSecurity web-platform Management Software.

1. Planned Visitor Management

Meetings can be arranged through Outlook, upon successful reservation ZKBioSecurity will send a registration email to the visitors. Visitors only need to do a simple registration to be authorized access. Employees will also receive email notifications upon visitors’ arrival.

2. Truck Management

Trucks’ license plate numbers are pre-registered by the Security Admin before their arrival. Reminders will be delivered to the management staffs upon trucks’ arrival to better prepare uploading works.

3. Walk-in Visitor Management

Solution Design and Workflow

ZKBioSecurity is able to generate visitors’ information from Outlook. Upon visitors’ arrival, they will be instructed to the specific gates and meeting rooms according to the map and information provided by ZKBioSecurity. Employees will also receive email notifications upon visitors’ arrival. Admin before their arrival. Reminders will be delivered to the management staffs upon trucks’ arrival to better prepare uploading works.

Trucks’ license plate numbers are pre-registered by the Security Admin before their arrival. Upon trucks arrival, the specifific gates will be automatically opened.
