Ecom Express is one of the largest logistic solution providers in India handling thousands of goods simultaneously made humanly impossible to inspect each and every commodity that arrive at the enterprise. Furthermore, as a trusted and well-recognised industry, they were concerned about the security threats associated goods supply chain such as smuggling and illegal products. To prevent delivering of illegal commodities, they required an inspection solution to analyse the goods that are under process for dispatch.

Solution:

Based on the clients requirement, ZKTeco provided ZKX5030A based X-ray Inspection System. The inspection is suitable for scanning various types of materials received by

the enterprise and capable of holding large sized parcels as well. The device consists of a metallic stand as well as a carrier to push the parcels inside the X-Ray chamber, where the parcels are scanned for potential threat items. In case any such items are found, the operators will immediately get notified in the monitor screen as well as by LED indicator. If no threat is found, the items will freely pass through the chamber received on the other side of the device.
