The SPTI is actively engaged in various locations, to manage the entire Human Resources, they required a centralized solution comprising of access control with biometric authentication. Moreover, they preferred devices that would support both access control as well as time attendance simultaneously. With respect to this, they also wanted a centralized software for real-time visibility of employee activities. Ultimately, they were facing challenges to maintaining the track record of employee entry/exit operations at the restricted areas and cumulative time attendance report for employees in a single platform.

Solution:

After a comprehensive discussion regarding the problems with the SPTI members, ZKTeco, has offered a centralized Access Control & Time Attendance solution to manage employee attendance and access control requirements with the help of ZKAccess3.5 software (desktop-based). The software would provide ubiquitous, cost effective and efficient functions for time attendance & access control operations. We provided integrated solution to manage access control of doors for 500 users incorporated with c3 400 (controller) and KR503E card readers.

Whereas, for the remaining doors, we provided a F19 Fingerprint standalone Access Control & Time Attendance device. Majorly, we installed ZK Software i.e. ZK Access 3.5 to get a centralized report of Access control & Time Attendance operations which would provide details such as employee check in/ check out timings with employee particulars as well as the respective devices used in a location specific manner. Moreover, the entire system from different branches could be managed and monitored from a centralized location such as admin room or from the headquarters.

• Attendance forging has been completely ruled out.

• Entry/ Exit of the respective user is authorized to access at STPI.
