As a reputed enterprise, the hotel officials wanted to enforce their security system with modernized technology to emphasize the importance of customer’s safety as well as to give a luxury experience to visitors. Our client specifically required a door looking system with smart technology to the hotel rooms for convenient access to the users. Furthermore, they wanted an integrated solution for user activity monitoring to enhance the overall security.

Solution:

After a deep understanding of our client’s requirements, we have suggested LH3000 based door lock system. The door lock system consists of RFID reader with 13.56mhz Mifare-1 card technology and stainless-steel body. The lock system is further enhanced by a powerful built-in software, ZKBioSecurity for effortless hotel lock management and audit log report generation. The software automatically keeps a record of user login and logout activities in a sequence specific manner thereby providing a documentary evidence for future reference. This is of high importance especially for hotel industry being a destination point of accommodation for strangers. After installing the door locks, the rooms acquired an elegant and luxurious look as per the client’s expectations. The users can access their respective rooms with the smart cards given to them just by displaying the card in front of RFID reader embedded in the door lock. Furthermore, if a card is lost, immediately a request can be raised, and a new card can be acquired with the help of “Report Lost Card”function in the software. In addition, the software offers timeslot-based access control to the rooms and can be organized by the hotel staffs.
