Aditya Birla World Academy commands much respect in India and abroad, through its international curriculum with a solid foundation of values. Students are offered globally bench marked qualifications from the Cambridge assessment international education and international baccalaureate that focus on critical thinking, experiential learning. The school is a word in miniature, where one receives training for life in an active and joyful way. The school has innovative approaches to teaching and learning. The pedagogy factors in horizontal integration, peer teaching and peer assessments, Socratic seminars and role plays, field trips and visits by guest speakers being experts in their respective areas of specialization. The school has a SEN team to support students who may be differently abled, both academically and emotionally.

Aditya Birla Academy is a well-known and trusted school in India. The school cares about the students and their wellbeing. The school administration was concerned about students' safety and potential threats such as geopolitical risks, violence, kidnapping, etc since the school being located in one of the mega cities of India. The school officials didn't want anyone accessing the school areas apart from the students and staffs. Hence, they required a powerful security system to prevent unauthorized entry into the school premises. Furthermore, the wanted the security solution to be conveniently management from the admin room. Moreover, they though that enforcing the security of the school campus would create a good impression among parents.

Solution :
Based on the school administration's requirements, we have offered TS2011 tripod turnstile-based entrance control solution. The turnstiles were integrated with RFID sensors and C3 control panel for centralized and convenient management of the devices. The students and staffs were given with smart card access. The turnstile barrier would instantly provide access to the students and staffs by displaying the card over RFID sensors. Hence only with smart card access people can enter inside the school premises offering high level security and prevents outsiders from entering the school. Furthermore, the system allows only one member to pass through at a time, hence regulates student crowd and prevents congestion. But during emergency conditions, the tripod arms completely collapse so that students could pass through freely without any restriction.
Results:
• Safety of the students has been established.
• Security of the school campus has been improved.
• Unauthorized entry is being prevented.
