Challenge

As a large manufacturing and reputed industry, Hetero pharma had concerns regarding the safety and security measures taken across the manufacturing facilities and they found out that the existing security policies was not good enough. Hence, they decided to establish robust entrance control systems in important and vulnerable places. Furthermore, they wanted the entrance control system to be compatible and integrated with their existing biometric system for track record of employee check in / check out activities for attendance calculations.

Solution :

After a comprehensive discussion with the hetero pharma administration as well as based on the field analysis, ZKTeco suggested TS1000 Pro based entrance control solution. TS1000 Pro tripod turnstile barriers were installed at the important locations and restricted areas of the industry. Furthermore, each turnstile was integrated with biometric terminals. Hence, employees could gain access and register their attendance simultaneously. On the other hand, people without pre-registered fingerprint access would not be able to enter inside any preventing unauthorized entry. The system integration highly benefits employees, since entrance control system and attendance terminals work together, employees must register their attendance in order to gain access.
