Challenge

As NTPC is based on industrial setup and the landscape of the manufacturing units is vast, they are faced with difficulties to control and monitor the employee crowd especially when they enter and exit different premises ofthe manufacturing units as well as to prevent employees from entering restricted areas. Furthermore, they required an end-to-end time attendance biometric solution to facilitate the human resource management operations.
