S.F.Express installed ZKTime software and data base in the Shenzhen, China headquarters and more than 4000 time management terminals in all branches, which are connected through Internet. The software server adopts a flexible network structure: if the server is powered off or interrupted during working, attendance terminal will save all the not-uploaded data. And the data will continue to upload in next time connection.

With this solution, S.F. headquarters can supervise and manage all the attendance terminals of its branches to ensure the security of information. Besides, S.F headquarters doesn’t need to install any software to visit ZKTime 8.0 system but put IP address in browser only. It is very convenient to manage all the data remotely. The whole system can complete data collection in two hours and connect to other system automatically.
