Technical Features

• Being one of the most respected companies in the real estate industry, Sobha required an organized attendance system which ZKTeco have provided.

• Based on the requirements, ZKTeco deployed iFace1000, a time attendance terminal with multi-biometric verification and access control functions. 65 units of time attendance devices have been installed in different branch offices and construction sites.

• Moreover, the client required an attendance terminal which can also support outdoor use which the iFace1000 met. The device can support outside installation up to maximum 12,000 lux. It has been equipped with an advanced face algorithm that can still read face accurately even in outdoors. The client have used 3G communication inthe device for some construction sites due to lack of LAN connection. The device has been equipped with backup battery to support power in case of emergencies.

• In order to manage all the data from the time attendance devices, it has been connected to the web-based timeattendance software BioTime 7.0 which continuously synchronizing all the data from all the attendance terminals. Site engineers or employees who need to work from office to construction sites from time to time can still record their attendance logs.

• BioTime 7.0 is a multi-location centralized time attendance system where HR or IT administrator can monitor all attendance logs in real-time. It has a simple access control module where you can set access levels and a payroll module to generate payroll and WPS reports. The HR or IT administrator can calculate and generate monthly attendance reports of all the employees or by department to monitor their performances. The security personnel of the labor camp can monitor the entrances accurately even in high traffic volume. The client plans to deploy more full height turnstiles in other labor camps.

Function Description

• ZKTeco's newly released iFace1000 Semi-Outdoor Multi-Biometric Time Attendance & Access Control Terminal which supports 3,000 face templates, 4,000 fingerprint templates and 10,000 cards (optional).

• It is the first terminal equipped with a high-performance camera, which enables outdoor installation under the eaves.

• It is also equipped with ZKTeco latest platform and algorithm, which provide clients with a brand new UI and user-friendly operating interface, bringing them a smooth user experience. With the advanced face algorithm and multi-biometric verification technology, the terminal’s security level of verification is greatly enhanced.

• BioTime 7.0 is a powerful web-based time attendance software which offers the most innovative features a time attendance software can offer. It provides a stable communication for devices through LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/ GPRS/3G. Users can access to the software anywhere by their web browser to remotely manage thousands of T&A terminals under complex network (WLAN).

• The software features a simple access control module that can connect to ZKTeco standalone access control terminals. Another outstanding feature is the payroll module that calculates employees’ wages according to their workloads and can generate WPS report easily.

• An Automatic Synchronization function is available to automatically synchronize data between devices and server among the same “Area.” With its new user-friendly UI, managing timetable, shifting schedule, and generating attendance report have become easily managed.
