The Ministry of Culture symbolizes the national and international advancement of culture in the Kingdom.The Ministry will preserve the Kingdom’s historical past and promote a culturally rich future that fosters art and culture. The Ministry was created on the 2 June 2018 by Royal Order A/217, under the leadership of HisHighness Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan Al Saud, the Kingdom’s first dedicated Minister of Culture.The Ministry has a crucial role to play in delivering Saudi Arabia’s ambitious transformation programme,Vision 2030. Our goal is to contribute towards building a vibrant, thriving, and ambitious nation. TheMinistry formally launched on the 27 March 2019 when we published our cultural vision for the Kingdom.This set out the Ministry’s key aspirations, which are: promoting culture as a way of life, enabling culture tocontribute to economic growth and creating opportunities for international cultural exchange.Our solution involves a newly installed access control system, as they wished to enhance security level of their new office building. End User: M Place South Triangle;

M Place South Triangle is a high-rise four-tower residential condominium featuring 23 residential levels with a floor area of 20 to 40 square meters each. M Place South Triangle has a total area of 9,749.70sqm and 3,437 total number of units. Tower A which is Audrey has 827 units. Tower B / Bridgitte Tower has 912 units and Marilyn Tower C has 778 units. Sophia Tower which is the Tower D has 920 units. Despite a garage or lot’s vulnerabilities, facility managers have an arsenal of security tools and design measures they can implement to create a safer parking environment.

Project Description:

MEGA FARM now operates and maintains the Agora Integrated Bus Terminal and Wet Market. The project includes a redevelopment of the 2.4-hectare complex with a terminal for public utility vehicles, wet and dry market, commercial rentable stalls and premises, vegetables and fruits landing and trading areas. For the security of everyone who enters the facility they need to make sure that no one with harmful objects will be allowed to enter. With the use of ZKTeco Security Inspection devices it is made possible.

Ortigas Techno Point is a building designed for BPO use and is located along Julia Vargas. It is a 6-storey building with a typical floor plate of 4,000 sq. m. The building's attraction is its location as it is very accessible from the MRT Ortigas as well as malls like SM Megamall, The Podium, and Metrowalk. In order to manage and control the in and out of every employee and visitors, an entrance control solution from ZKTeco is a great help.

Quaensa Foods Corporation is a food manufacturer in Balagtas, Bulacan who manufactures 3-in-1 coffee and condiments packing from the biggest food company conglomerate and biggest food brand in the country such as Nestle Philippines.

Quaensa is dedicated to provide the best quality of their food production, which is backed by comprehensive programs for food safety, stringent quality control measures, and continuous improvement. Quaensa is composed of 300-400 employees, and because they also need to improve their employee management, the need for a turnstile system arises as they wanted to control the foot traffic on their facility, arrange the schedule of employees using time zoning, and limit and control the people to enter the production area.

Quaensa continuously embraces the advancement of the food tech industry and now improved their employee productivity and ensure security by installing a ZKTeco Tripod Turnstile System and biometrics technology, installed by MySolutions, Inc.

The Public Safety Mutual Benefit Fund, Inc. (PSMBFI) is a duly registered non-stock, non-profit mutual benefit fund association, organized to provide insurance protection, and financial and material aid to its members. PSMBFI is committed to provide life insurance coverage for public safety practitioners, both uniformed and civilian.

The PSMBFI Building is a 4-storey building with basement parking, and is deployed with their newly installed automated parking barrier. With this kind of system, it has been convenient for their security officer on duty to control the passage of vehicles at their parking area, which also enhanced security level to prevent unauthorized vehicles to enter. The security officers use push button installed at the guard house and a wireless remote to control the boom barrier up and down, whenever a vehicle enters and exits the building.
